“Raid Leading can be a high stress and difficult role to take on. It can be made easier though. Make sure you delegate and get help from a group of people willing to help raid lead instead of just depending on one or two people. That way you don’t burnout one person then you’re left wondering who’s gonna lead your guild’s raids now.”
